Lucy T. Johnson, LSW

Lucy, a graduate of Virginia Commonwealth University, and her husband, Michael, a retired Army Officer, moved to Lawton, Oklahoma in 1980. They have a married son and two wonderful granddaughters.

Lucy is a co-owner of Interaction Counseling and Psychotherapy. She is a Licensed Social Worker, and a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. She is Board Certified in Clinical Social Work.

"Social workers help to bring about change. People come to therapy to learn and to change. As a therapist, my job includes facilitating the learning of new skills or helping one to learn about one's self to bring about change. With previous work experience in a family counseling center, a community mental health center and a private psychiatric hospital, I bring to my private practice experience in a wide range of problems. My practice services children, individuals, couples and families through individual and group therapy."
